This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Implement Cosette’s commercial strategy for oncology within a designated geographic area.
• Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and performance objectives for the brand.
• Create and execute business plans for the territory, including account strategies, customer targeting, call planning, and prioritization of accounts.
• Evaluate territory data, market trends, prescribing behaviors, and competitive actions.
• Carry out compliant promotional activities while delivering approved information on clinical, safety, and product aspects.
• Present products in a manner that is customized to the needs of stakeholders.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with oncology physicians, healthcare providers, hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
• Comprehend oncology workflows, patient treatment pathways, referral trends, reimbursement processes, and account dynamics.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, and internal support teams on matters of access, reimbursement, distribution, patient support, and scientific exchange.
• Assist with product launches, relaunches, lifecycle initiatives, customer education, and field execution strategies.
• Gather and relay customer insights, clinical feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
• Complete necessary documentation in CRM, including call reports, expense reports, training, account plans, and activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, OIG guidance, and relevant laws.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or related sales with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in managing complex healthcare accounts and building relationships across various stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience in selling specialty pharmaceutical products or managing account-based sales models.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization processes.
• Preferably, experience in oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill settings.
• Preferred experience in selling to community oncology practices, academic medical centers, hospitals, or IDNs.
• Preferred experience in supporting product launches, relaunches, brand integrations, or specialty pharmaceutical commercialization.
• Established connections within oncology accounts or healthcare systems in the designated geographic area are preferred.
• Familiarity with specialty distribution models, medical benefit reimbursement, pathways, protocols, and oncology practice workflows is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.
• Must either reside within the assigned territory or be prepared to relocate before the start date.
• Strong scientific aptitude with the ability to grasp and convey complex clinical information.
• Excellent skills in account planning, territory management, and business analysis.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance obligations.
