This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement the oncology commercial strategy of Cosette within a designated geographic area.
• Meet or surpass sales targets and brand performance objectives for the territory.
• Create and execute business plans and strategic account plans for the territory.
• Oversee customer targeting, call planning, account prioritization, and performance evaluation.
• Examine territory data, market trends, prescribing behaviors, and competitive activities.
• Deliver approved clinical, safety, and product information in a compliant manner.
• Establish strategic partnerships with oncology healthcare providers, hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), outpatient and infusion centers, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
• Grasp oncology workflows, treatment pathways, referral dynamics, and account interactions.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, and internal support teams.
• Assist with reimbursement, product access, distribution, patient support, and pull-through initiatives.
• Aid in product launches, relaunches, lifecycle management initiatives, and the adoption of new products and indications.
• Complete CRM documentation, call reports, expense reports, and required training.
• Maintain precise customer information, account plans, and documentation of activities.
• Adhere to company policies, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, OIG guidance, and relevant laws.
• Travel regularly across the assigned territory, including occasional overnight trips.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or related healthcare sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Experience in managing intricate healthcare accounts and relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in selling specialty pharmaceutical products or managing account-based sales models.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization.
• Preferred experience in oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill settings.
• Preferred experience selling to community oncology practices, academic medical centers, hospitals, or IDNs.
• Experience in supporting product launches, relaunches, brand integrations, or specialty pharmaceutical commercialization is preferred.
• Established connections within oncology accounts or healthcare systems in the designated geography are preferred.
• Understanding of specialty distribution models, medical benefit reimbursement, pathways, protocols, and oncology practice workflows is preferred.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, including occasional overnight trips.
• Must reside within the designated territory or be prepared to relocate before the start date.
• Strong scientific acumen and the ability to convey complex clinical information effectively.
• Strong skills in account planning, territory management, and business analysis.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
