
Key Account Manager – North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership and cultivate a portfolio of key enterprise customers throughout North America.
• Develop long-term account strategies aimed at ensuring customer success, growth, and sustainable revenue enhancement.
• Discover new avenues for software subscriptions, hardware implementations, and enterprise-wide deployments.
• Establish trusted relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Channel Partners to enhance customer satisfaction and seize market opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to achieve outstanding customer results.
• Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, executive business reviews, and strategic account planning activities.
• Keep an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while consistently meeting business goals.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization and influence future product and business strategies.
• Several years of experience in managing and expanding enterprise accounts within a B2B setting.
• A demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing revenue objectives through account growth and strategic relationship management.
• Proficient in navigating intricate customer organizations with numerous stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication abilities.
• A customer-centric mindset with the capacity to convert operational challenges into business advantages.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented approach with the capability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel across North America as necessary.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Preferred: Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain, or Industrial Technology.
• Background in selling SaaS, Industrial IoT, Wearables, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Channel Partners.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
