This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that enhance relationships with senior leaders and partners, aligning mutual business goals to foster long-term growth across designated long-term care and retirement accounts.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for key corporate clients, conducting regular business reviews and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and collaboration.
• Formulate and execute customer growth strategies by working alongside internal teams to provide integrated solutions, strengthen customer ties, and guarantee consistent delivery of the organization's value proposition.
• Meet sales and performance profitability objectives by identifying growth opportunities, promoting product and service adoption, increasing preferred supplier engagement, and securing new business.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic alliances with long-term care, retirement, and senior living organizations while pinpointing opportunities to standardize programs and solutions throughout customer networks.
• Evaluate customer performance, purchasing patterns, market trends, and industry advancements to uncover opportunities, tackle challenges, and position the organization as a trusted strategic collaborator.
• Oversee contract management activities, which include performance monitoring, renewal planning, compliance oversight, negotiation assistance, and execution of customer agreements.
• Advocate for value-added solutions that enhance customer value through operational efficiency and service, improving performance outcomes for customers and aligning with strategic priorities.
• Keep precise account plans, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines while preparing and delivering business reviews, performance updates, and executive presentations to facilitate informed decision-making and account expansion.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 8-12 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets, ideally with large non-acute customers.
• Experience in selling to large long-term care organizations.
• Strong business, financial, and account management expertise.
• Proficient in managing complex portfolios, products, or distributor relationships.
• Excellent contract negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Salesforce.
• Ability to work effectively across teams in a matrixed organization.
