This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at reaching territory-specific objectives and KPIs, utilizing organizational tools (CRM, data, DOMO, and other analytics) to pinpoint relevant opportunities and guarantee sales effectiveness.

• Collaborate with account C-Suite and executive teams across various sites and locations to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to evolve the account into a site of care that offers a seamless experience and ongoing access to QUTENZA for suitable patients.

• Deliver exceptional full-service account support concerning all elements of product access and education, which includes training healthcare professionals and staff on the proper application guidelines of Qutenza® to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Cultivate and sustain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, staff, and national/regional key opinion leaders as a trusted advisor.

• Establish an influential network of advocates to enhance QUTENZA’s visibility within these accounts. This involves collaborating with various departments (Endo, Pain, Podiatry, Neurology, etc.) within specific advanced archetypes or developing Alternate Sites of Care (ASOC) to address the account's needs.

• Prioritize effectively and demonstrate a commitment to navigating obstacles and challenges, while maintaining flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic selling environment.

• Engage and motivate others with a positive, solution-oriented mindset when faced with adversity.

• Actively seek self-driven learning opportunities with a demonstrated commitment to becoming an expert in the clinical pain market.

• Utilize and share knowledge with peers and cross-functional colleagues to ensure collective success within the organization.

• Foster an atmosphere of transparency, trust, and accountability for oneself and teammates, demonstrating a commitment to success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in strategic key account management within the pharmaceutical or medical sales industry.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to achieve outstanding sales results through a patient-centered approach.

• Expertise and experience in promoting a specialty or buy-and-bill product across multiple care settings (e.g., clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, government facilities).

• Professional experience in pain management and/or the launch of specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics.

• Knowledge of buy-and-bill or specialty product promotion, including the use of Specialty Pharmacy and/or HUB services.

• Ability to adjust behavior in response to evolving information or circumstances and remain receptive to new ideas.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and verbal), capable of engaging and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders in an unstructured environment, supported by a mutual commitment to the organization’s vision and mission.

• Innate drive and motivation to achieve success.

• Solid understanding of the unique needs of healthcare stakeholders (KOLs, Payors, etc.) within the designated geographic territory.
