This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Drive revenue growth in Spain by enhancing existing customer accounts through systematic upselling and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Build robust relationships with key customer stakeholders, including HR and Finance.
• Create a consistent outreach strategy involving meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a balance between high volume and quality interactions through consultative selling.
• Demonstrated success in health insurance, life insurance, and pensions.
• Possession of a Level 2 Insurance Mediation/Distribution License (or higher).
• Proven experience in B2B Sales or Customer Success with commercial responsibilities.
• Comfortable leading expansion discussions with stakeholders, particularly in HR and Finance.
• Highly organized and disciplined in managing portfolio activities and follow-ups.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce).
• Health Insurance.
