This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Oversee a specified geographical area to facilitate the launch of Lymphir.
• Surpass established sales revenue targets and meet brand key performance indicators.
• Deliver both formal and informal presentations.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with targeted medical centers and key stakeholders.
• Regularly evaluate performance and market trends.
• Efficiently prioritize field activities to enhance productivity.
• Embrace and integrate coaching feedback for personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with oncology specialists and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology or rare diseases.
• Strong knowledge of oncology products and treatment options.
• Established relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders within oncology.
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating market conditions.
• Comprehensive understanding of Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement processes.
• Proficient knowledge of VEEVA systems.
