This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Advanced Hydration is a vibrant and fast-paced division within The Coca-Cola Company.
• The Key Account Manager for Southeast Grocery will lead a cross-functional team to achieve business outcomes across designated customers.
• Formulate and refine the vision and strategy to support both long-term and short-term business goals.
• Drive the processes and execution of annual strategies across assigned customers and bottlers.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and cross-functional team members to develop Annual Plans.
• Lead annual negotiations to ensure an optimized partnership agreement that aligns with overall organizational priorities.
• Act as a collaborative leader of a cross-functional team responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive customer selling narratives.
• Build and leverage high-level external relationships to enhance BODYARMOR's market positioning.
• Oversee the annual T&E budget for the department, ensuring it aligns with internal financial goals.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience engaging with national accounts, including building and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) is essential.
• Proven experience in developing strong collaborative strategic relationships with national retailers is required.
• Residency within the states of KY, VA, AL, or TN is mandatory.
• Ability to utilize and analyze syndicated data to create fact-based storytelling is required.
• Must be self-driven and highly organized, with a strong desire to achieve results and an entrepreneurial spirit for success.
• Capability to quickly assess business needs, formulate an action plan, and manage necessary changes is essential.
• The ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of business professionals is crucial.
• A passion for brand building, new product development, and long-term growth is required.
• Must have a verifiable list of current contacts with relevant buyers and divisional managers.
• Proficient computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are necessary.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data are important.
• This position requires travel (30%) by car and plane.
• In-person attendance at bi-annual company retreats/meetings is required.
• A valid driver's license must be held and maintained, with the ability to drive long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records must meet Company standards in accordance with the Driving Policy.
