• You are the primary point of contact for selected ERP existing customers and actively shape their further development.
• You steer the strategic development of your clients and build sustainable relationships.
• By identifying potential opportunities, you develop new revenue prospects and guide them from proposal creation to closure.
• In direct communication with our customers' management, you analyze requirements and drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
• You collaborate closely with internal departments and sales experts to realize optimal solutions for your clients.
• You present Proalpha convincingly at events and to customers, making complex content easily understandable.
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the sales of complex ERP or enterprise software solutions.
• Deep understanding of processes in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of production and sales processes, experience in management consulting and cloud sales.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and persuasive presentation abilities.
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency for communication in an international context.
