This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals by utilizing current scientific knowledge and approved sales messages.
• Implement commercial and marketing strategies to meet sales objectives and performance metrics.
• Oversee strategic accounts through effective planning, targeting, and segmentation in accordance with regional guidelines.
• Create local account strategies using market data and adjust them based on evolving market conditions.
• Partner with medical colleagues on regional initiatives that address the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Represent Regeneron Hematology at regional, national, and international conferences and events.
• Leverage both direct and digital channels to enhance engagement and contribute to the advancement of clinical practices.
• Provide support for business activities in Northern Italy through a territory-focused sales approach.
• Collaborate with medical and other cross-functional team members.
• Degree or equivalent qualification recognized for sales professionals.
• A minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with essential experience in hematology.
• Familiarity with the Code of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations and applicable local regulations.
• Proficient in Italian.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Technical sales aptitude based on pathology and scientific concepts.
• Ability to utilize data, multiple systems, and Customer Relationship Management platforms.
• Outstanding customer engagement, presentation, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Capacity to work independently within tight deadlines, demonstrating integrity and ethical communication.
• Experience in product launches is an advantage.
