Key Account Manager – eCommerce Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Cultivating enduring partnerships by pinpointing growth opportunities within scandiweb’s digital commerce, development, and experience services.

• Collaborating with global eCommerce brands and enterprise clients like *Puma, Läderach, Samsung, and The New York Times,* to enhance their digital commerce operations.

• Merging strategic account growth with proactive sales engagement to identify opportunities in both existing and prospective client organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of web development and/or project management methodologies.

• Technical comprehension of eCommerce components and their structure.

• Practical experience in selling digital solutions.

• Self-driven to acquire new frameworks and systems to enhance your skills.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as *Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Hyvä, Akeneo, or PimCore.*

• Proficient in fostering relationships with clients.

• Strong communication skills – able to articulate ideas clearly in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

• Capability to convert business goals into precise technical and commercial proposals.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, as scandiweb operates internationally.

• Willingness to travel internationally, including to Europe, the Middle East, and the US.
