Key Account Manager – eCommerce Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Foster long-term partnerships by pinpointing growth opportunities within scandiweb’s digital commerce, development, and experience services.

• Collaborate with global eCommerce brands and enterprise clients such as *Puma, Läderach, Samsung, and The New York Times,* assisting them in enhancing their digital commerce operations.

• Integrate strategic account expansion with proactive sales efforts to identify opportunities within current and potential client organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of web development and/or project management methodologies.

• Technical insight into eCommerce components and architecture.

• Practical experience in selling digital solutions.

• Self-driven to acquire new frameworks and systems to enhance your expertise.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as *Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Hyvä, Akeneo, or PimCore*.

• Proven experience in cultivating client relationships.

• Strong communication skills – able to articulate ideas clearly in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

• Capability to translate business goals into clear technical and commercial proposals.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, as scandiweb operates on an international scale.

• Openness to international travel, including destinations in Europe, the Middle East, and the US.
