This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• This position entails a home-based, global Key Account Manager role focused on driving strategic revenue growth and fostering long-term value creation for Henkel’s largest aerospace clients.
• Implement the key account growth strategy by aligning commercial goals with application development, qualification efforts, and customer innovation initiatives.
• Lead upstream, solution-oriented selling by converting customer technical and business priorities into unique application, technology, and innovation roadmaps.
• Act as the technical and commercial expert for customers, providing insights that influence SBU strategy, business planning, and Henkel’s direction in innovation and marketing.
• Coordinate commercial, technical, and strategic efforts across various regions and steering units to deliver a cohesive global value proposition.
• Mobilize and synchronize internal resources to support account growth, including securing senior leadership sponsorship, technical services, R&D, and operations.
• Serve as the main technical liaison between the customer and Henkel, overseeing specifications, qualifications, technology projects, and application development activities.
• Propel the identification, development, qualification, and lifecycle management of customer applications and technologies, providing on-site technical assistance as necessary.
• Collaborate with R&D, Technology, Technical Service, and laboratory teams to ensure effective troubleshooting, prompt analyses, and successful product qualifications that align with commercial goals.
