• Oversee substantial and intricate deals that involve multi-site implementations and extended sales cycles.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders within strategic accounts.
• Identify and influence requests for proposals (RFPs) and secure framework agreements.
• Negotiate and finalize framework and master service agreements to generate ongoing project pipelines.
• Create and implement account-specific strategies and plans aimed at achieving revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
• Work in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Track market trends, competitor actions, and policy changes to uncover new business opportunities.
• Represent Wallbox at significant industry events, conferences, and networking occasions.
• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the infrastructure, energy, or EV charging sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and tender processes.
• Strong history of Key Account Management with Chief Procurement Officers, utilities, or public sector clients.
• Knowledge of public tender procedures, regulatory frameworks, and large-scale contract negotiations.
• Prior experience in consultative or solution-based selling (hardware + software + services).
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international setting.
