📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and actively pursue new opportunities across hyperscaler, colocation, edge, enterprise, and replacement cycles.

• Act as the primary contact for strategic and hyperscaler accounts, fostering strong, enduring relationships at various levels.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless delivery from order to commissioning.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive, insight-driven pipeline and backlog that aligns with a strategic account plan.

• Execute a structured prospecting approach (outreach, events, referrals) to initiate new buying centers and projects.

• Represent Carrier at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and build the pipeline.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Key Account Management, sales, or business development within data center infrastructure; HVAC/chilled-water and airside cooling experience is highly regarded.

• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex accounts and achieving ambitious targets.

• Technical knowledge is a plus: Hydronic chilled-water and airside products relevant to data center cooling.

• Capability to convert technical concepts into business value propositions and ROI.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; outstanding time management and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to travel and utilize regional offices as necessary.

• Proficient in IT with MS Office skills.

• Hunter mentality: proactive in pipeline generation, resilient, and disciplined in execution.

• Customer-focused with a strategic, consultative approach to creating value.
