Key Account Manager – Construction Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will oversee the complete sales cycle in the Central region – from generating leads to securing deals.

β€’ You will create and strategically develop a high-quality portfolio of major accounts.

β€’ You will foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction industry – up to the C-level.

β€’ You will tailor our global sales strategy to fit the regional market and execute it locally.

β€’ You will provide consistent insights on market trends – including competitor activity, customer feedback, pipeline status, and metrics – to keep the internal team updated.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Completed vocational training or a university degree, preferably in business, engineering, or related to construction.

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally as a Key Account Manager within the construction or building materials sector.

β€’ A well-established network with key decision-makers in the construction and/or building materials industry.

β€’ A strong hunter mentality with a proven track record in acquiring and nurturing strategic key accounts.

β€’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a successful history of closing deals, including at the C-level.

β€’ A confident and professional demeanor with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and results.

β€’ An independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to working in dynamic and complex market settings.

β€’ Business-fluent German and proficient English, both written and spoken.
