• Serve as the Territory Sales Manager for our Material Handling, Port, and OTR product lines.
• Function as the account manager for dealers, strategic customers, and target accounts within your designated territory.
• Recognize opportunities through customer needs assessments and insights into competitor offerings.
• Act as a business consultant for your target accounts, promoting the value proposition that enhances their organization.
• Acquire new End Users, thereby boosting revenue and profitability for the Specialty Industrial Business Area (BA).
• Establish business within the profitability targets set by the Industrial BA.
• Collaboratively manage an effective pricing strategy and implement this strategy individually for your target accounts.
• Explore opportunities for new product lines.
• Support the development of product strategies for target accounts to ensure that existing product lines are either revitalized or phased out, maintaining market share against competition.
• Conduct market intelligence to pinpoint target accounts and define geographic target areas.
• Oversee the execution of strategic marketing, sales, and operational initiatives to support your identified target accounts.
• Conduct sales calls and face-to-face meetings according to established call plans.
• Aid in the monthly Forecasting Evolution alongside the Regional Manager.
• Meet assigned sales targets within your region.
• Engage in sales meetings, product training sessions, and trade events.
• A Bachelor’s degree and over 3 years of relevant experience OR over 6 years of relevant experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Field Sales.
• Familiarity with the fleet industry.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel extensively, 50-75% of the time.
