• Solution-oriented sales: Promoting IT services and products from top-tier vendors.

• Key account oversight: Managing significant accounts within the church and welfare sectors in Southern Germany, particularly in Bavaria.
• IT consultancy: Providing advice, design, and implementation for complex IT projects.
• Contract negotiation: Taking charge of negotiations leading to contract finalization, along with revenue accountability.
• Portfolio enhancement: Working alongside Business Development to advance the service portfolio.
• Representation: Acting as the company's representative at trade fairs and industry events.
• A degree in a relevant technical field or business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales, preferably within the church and welfare sectors.
• Knowledge of or connections within church-affiliated and welfare organizations (e.g., Caritas, Diakonie).
• Strong sales acumen, excellent closing skills, and an organized, self-directed work ethic with a high degree of proactivity.
• Excellent communication abilities, a confident demeanor, a team-oriented mindset, and a strong affinity for IT.
• Proficiency in German and good command of English, with a willingness to travel (office presence in Munich 2–4 times per month & customer meetings throughout Southern Germany).
