This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish new OEM accounts.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to ensure the company achieves its revenue and design win goals.
• Utilize insight and consultative selling methods to educate customers about their industry and provide unique insights that connect back to ADLINK’s solutions.
• Investigate potential organizations and pinpoint the appropriate customer stakeholders for sales engagement.
• Mentor customer stakeholders and foster consensus for ADLINK solutions within their organization.
• Employ the Challenger Sales methodology and an insights-driven sales approach, alongside current knowledge of industry and technical trends, to tailor solutions for customer requirements and business objectives.
• Strategically collaborate and independently tackle deal-level challenges.
• Maintain an accurate and comprehensive pipeline of business opportunities and forecasts in SFDC, incorporating the latest customer information and utilizing customer intelligence for account strategy.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales forecasts for your territory while managing your sales pipeline.
• Monitor performance and sales metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Demonstrated experience aligning business outcomes and initiatives with technology needs.
• Oversee representative partners.
• Foster and manage relationships with all assigned customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate in the annual planning process with Sales management, establishing key objectives such as design win, revenue targets, new customer goals, and new opportunity creation.
• Conduct customer visits, including delivering technical presentations and product overviews.
• As a trusted advisor, develop a deep understanding of clients’ business priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can lead to additional ADLINK opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in any sector.
• Strategic Thinking - Systematically addresses problems and hypothesizes potential customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs; collaborates with team members to devise solutions for complex deal challenges.
• Communication - Adapts messaging to align with the customer’s needs with authority; effectively presents ideas and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Influence - Leverages rational and emotional appeals to negotiate favorably with customers.
• Networking - Quickly identifies key customer stakeholders and builds connections to drive consensus for deals; collaborates effectively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to ensure deal success.
• Workflow Management - Highly organized with a swift yet systematic approach. Establishes clear, time-bound objectives that align with business growth.
• Negotiation - Experience in negotiating large, complex deals with a proven track record of success.
