This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Formulating strategic sales plans for the region
β’ Identifying key accounts within targeted industry verticals
β’ Developing and overseeing a robust sales pipeline
β’ Consistently meeting sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
β’ Employing various prospecting methods to arrange exploratory meetings
β’ Actively engaging in networking groups to cultivate and maintain professional relationships
β’ Over 7 years of experience in sales
β’ Proven ability to leverage facility management services and solutions within specific industry verticals to drive sales and enhance client engagement
β’ Excellent relationship-building abilities in both in-person and remote settings
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics 365, but also HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
β’ Eagerness to prospect and generate leads, schedule appointments, and close sales.
