• Cultivate and enhance the customer portfolio by driving distribution, sales, key account management, and category development.
• Establish and implement annual customer strategies, lead yearly negotiations, and ensure the execution and monitoring of agreed-upon commercial terms.
• Oversee product listings, assortment matrices, promotional timelines, and ensure the execution of trade marketing initiatives.
• Predict monthly sales volumes, generate sales reports, and manage budgets, investments, and trade marketing expenditures.
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, foster strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and assist in the onboarding of new clients.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Key Account Management.
• In-depth knowledge of key accounts, customers, competitors, and the professional cleaning sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process, including marketing, finance, and logistics.
• Complete grasp of customer P&L and essential financial performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills paired with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both German and English.
