• Establish robust executive connections and gain a comprehensive understanding of your commercial clients’ operations to uncover avenues for growth and development.

• Execute detailed needs assessments to align customer challenges with the Motive solution.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations customized to the specific requirements of your commercial accounts.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including customer success, support, product specialists, sales engineers, analytics, and others—to enhance growth opportunities for your clients.

• Oversee contract renewals and reduce churn, ensuring optimal revenue retention through proactive communication and strategic account management.

• Anticipate and resolve issues by identifying underlying causes, determining the most effective action, and implementing solutions.

• Develop strategic plans to meet and surpass sales objectives and revenue targets.

• Enhance your knowledge of the Motive platform and industry trends to offer consultative insights to both clients and internal teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (ideally an overseas degree from the US/UK/Canada) and/or substantial experience with B2B customers from the US/Canada/UK.

• Over 4 years of pertinent or transferable work experience (following higher education).

• Proven track record in a comprehensive sales or account management setting, including managing complex deals.

• Strong leadership or influencing capabilities with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and customer executives effectively.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, enabling you to connect with decision-makers by understanding their business challenges and aligning them with Motive’s solutions.

• Outstanding communication skills for effective presenting, negotiating, and addressing objections in a consultative manner.

• Demonstrated experience in managing contract renewals and reducing churn to enhance revenue retention.
