• Establish a strategic and sustainable partnership between SGS and designated global clients, concentrating on Director and VP levels.
• Discover and cultivate new revenue opportunities within the client portfolio, collaborating closely with the SGS network and the global Technical Competence Team.
• Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of a variety of client-specific projects globally, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Foster long-term, sustainable business relationships between SGS and key international clients.
• Provide reports to the senior management teams of clients regarding SGS' performance.
• Take charge of the strategic growth and development of key international clients.
• Formulate and execute a client-specific Global Key Account Development Plan, aligning key drivers and needs with SGS's offerings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between SGS and the client management team at the Director or VP level.
• Oversee the deployment and enhancement of global cooperative agreements within the SGS network.
• Collaborate with global technical teams to ensure the optimal execution structure and technical support are agreed upon and implemented.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of any client issues, complaints, or claims by adhering to escalation procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with poor performance and/or client expectations.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within service and solution-oriented environments.
• Demonstrated success as a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in new business acquisition, building long-term client relationships, and facilitating upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Capable of contributing to and leading a global business development strategy, identifying growth prospects, and developing scalable sales methods across regions.
• Experience in selling multi-service or solution-based offerings, ideally addressing various customer needs.
• Established professional network within the retail and consumer brand sectors in Europe, with the ability to leverage relationships to create opportunities and accelerate pipeline development while establishing long-term global partnerships.
• Experience in selling to multinational or cross-border environments, working with international stakeholders and coordinating internally across regions or service lines.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments while managing multiple opportunities and priorities concurrently.
• Experience within the TIC sector is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is highly beneficial.
