This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Develop and oversee strategic customer accounts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate new business opportunities within targeted markets and customer segments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, partners, distributors, and channel contacts.
• Design and implement account plans and business development strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity reporting effectively.
• Coordinate sales initiatives with the German office, Account Management, Solution Engineering, distributors, and channel partners.
• Assist in partner recruitment, enablement, and collaborative go-to-market activities.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, partner events, industry exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term growth of accounts.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in key account management, business development, B2B sales, or a similar commercial role within the IT or technology industry.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in selling technical products, IT infrastructure, software, storage, networking, cloud, or related technology solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-oriented sales methodologies.
• Proven ability to build trusted, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercially oriented, target-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities independently.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical colleagues and capable of conveying the business value of technical solutions.
• Strong strategic mindset, initiative, and the ability to identify market potential.
• Fluent in Czech and/or Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Approachable, confident, and professional team player with a high degree of self-responsibility.
• Located in Brno.
• Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for customer visits throughout the country.
