This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more state.
• Develop and oversee strategic customer accounts within the Balkan region.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities across targeted markets and customer segments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, partners, distributors, and channel contacts.
• Formulate and implement account plans and business-development strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity reporting.
• Coordinate sales efforts with the German office, Account Management, Solution Engineering, distributors, and channel partners.
• Assist in partner recruitment, enablement, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, partner events, industry gatherings, and trade shows.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term account growth.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in key account management, business development, B2B sales, or a similar commercial role within the IT or technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in selling technical products, IT infrastructure, software, storage, networking, cloud, or related technology solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of consultative and solution-oriented sales methodologies.
• Ability to cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven, target-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities independently.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical colleagues and able to articulate the business value of technical solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, initiative, and capability to identify market potential.
• Fluent in Bulgarian or Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Friendly, confident, and professional team player with a high degree of self-responsibility.
• Located in Sofia or Timisoara.
• Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for customer visits across the country.
