• You will participate in a training phase where you will collaborate with a senior Account Manager to support them in managing the hiring pipeline for their portfolio companies.
• You will utilize Weekday’s database product to source candidates for those portfolio companies.
• You will shadow weekly check-in calls with the founders of the respective client companies.
• You will be entrusted with your own portfolio of companies for which you will take full responsibility for hiring.
• You will conduct check-in calls with the founders and hiring managers of client companies.
• You will be tasked with sourcing candidates.
• You will perform status checks with candidates in the interview stages and assist in resolving any obstacles they may encounter.
• In summary, you will be entirely accountable for the revenue generated from your portfolio.
• Exceptional work ethic.
• Excellent proactive communication skills; you will be directly interacting with founders, so thoroughness in both written and verbal communication is essential.
• Capability to focus on the tasks at hand without being easily distracted.
• Relatively small team size: Our full-time team consists of 44 individuals. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced founding team and engage in daily one-on-one interactions.
• A strong bias for action; we avoid unnecessary meetings.
• You will witness the outcomes of your contributions from day one.
• You will have direct interactions with clients.
