This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate relationships and drive growth with key strategic customers.
• Formulate and implement mid- and long-term account strategies for designated key clients.
• Propel sustainable revenue and margin enhancements through methodical account planning.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities across various products, services, and locations.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with decision-makers and essential stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements.
• Oversee framework, supply, and quality agreements across multiple sites.
• Create and sustain a strong sales pipeline with clear visibility into opportunities and risks.
• Act as the main escalation point for strategic customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Project Management, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs.
• Provide engaging customer presentations and business reviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in: CDMO, MedTech, Pharmaceutical Packaging, Life Sciences, or another highly regulated sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic or key accounts.
• Solid track record in complex contract negotiations and long-term client development.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and contemporary sales tools.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (around 70%).
