This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement new sales territories while driving revenue growth through formulary approvals and enhanced adoption rates.
• Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet annual and quarterly revenue goals in alignment with the company's objectives and the dynamics of the market.
• Develop and optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and produce reports to monitor progress and identify areas for enhancement.
• Oversee sales forecasting, performance metrics, and tracking systems to achieve results and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key healthcare providers and strategic partners to promote business growth and identify valuable strategic relationships (e.g., key opinion leaders, advocacy partners).
• Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to uncover new opportunities and growth areas.
• Stay informed on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal cross-functional teams such as medical, marketing, and sales operations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand recognition and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Contribute to a results-oriented, highly collaborative team culture by exemplifying personal accountability, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Previous experience in antibiotic sales.
• Experience selling to infectious disease specialists is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of antibiotics and their application by healthcare practitioners is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of antibiotic purchasing processes, including a solid grasp of distribution channels.
• Proven capability for broader leadership responsibilities as the business expands.
• Proactive and results-driven approach, focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong business acumen along with a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to utilize data for decision-making and enhancing sales performance.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Proficient in forecasting, budget management, and utilizing commercial resources.
• Prior experience in launching products is required.
• Adherence to reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers/customer facilities is necessary for continued employment with Meitheal.
