This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Accountable for making significant contributions to the growth of the Advanced Instruments Artel Bio Portfolio within the life sciences sector.
• Executing strategic customer-oriented programs for products and services within a specified territory.
• Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets and meeting opportunity creation objectives.
• Recognizing and addressing customer challenges in their automation workflows both financially and technically.
• Managing objections, negotiating value, and highlighting the key advantages of partnering with the company.
• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 5 years in capital equipment sales.
• Preferred experience in automated liquid handling with a focus on the Biotech/biopharma market.
• Proficient in handling complex sales processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both commercially and technically.
• Highly interpersonal with a strong enthusiasm for sales methodologies.
• Proficient in IT applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com).
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
