This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• As a valued sales professional, you will engage with existing enterprise clients within your designated territories to assess their requirements and convey Monotype’s value proposition.
• Acquire knowledge of Monotype's product offerings, including types and technologies, to become a subject matter expert for pivotal brand clients.
• Negotiate and finalize strategic renewal agreements to achieve your assigned personal sales targets and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive account plans for each client, outlining renewal and upsell possibilities.
• Promote and cross-sell additional solutions to key and strategic renewal accounts.
• Review all purchase orders and contracts to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain client account and contact details, along with prospect updates in the CRM system.
• Effectively communicate Monotype’s solutions to C-Level executives through strategic value-based selling, business case formulation, ROI analysis, and research data.
• Collaborate with individuals from Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Finance, Procurement, UX, and Legal teams within a key account.
• Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, sales representatives, and technical support, to ensure effective market and renewal strategies.
• A driven and organized sales professional with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong networking abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, or design market segments is preferred.
• Capability to manage a complex sales cycle from demonstration through negotiation to closing the deal.
• Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and products effectively.
