This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies for designated regional accounts to meet sales, profitability, and margin goals.
• Accomplish sales volume and net profit objectives by negotiating pricing, quantities, and commercial agreements with clients.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with both existing and prospective customers through regular meetings and presentations to facilitate channel growth and business expansion.
• Track and evaluate essential business metrics, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and inventory days, creating action plans with clients to enhance performance.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, customer requirements, and market trends to reinforce channel development strategies.
• Organize, coordinate, and implement promotional initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Oversee key customer KPIs, such as sales performance, profitability, accounts receivable, timely delivery, competitor actions, and market pricing, identifying areas for enhancement and corrective measures.
• Create, maintain, and manage sales forecasts to guarantee order fulfillment, maintain healthy inventory levels, and proactively address slow-moving products.
• Serve as the internal advocate for customers, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in business planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, cost management, and commercial execution.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, Key Account Management, or similar commercial roles.
• Experience in the home appliances (white goods) industry is essential.
• Familiarity with wholesalers in the consumer goods sector is necessary.
• Proven experience in launching new products in the marketplace.
• Background in developing business plans, profitability analysis, cost management, margin management, and forecasting.
• Experience with traditional channel wholesalers such as RYSA, Virtrade, Promomarket, and Bodesa is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of home appliances and consumer electronics (including TVs/screens) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English: Intermediate (B2 preferred).
