This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• High-level management of client relationships: You will guide new clients through the onboarding process, provide ongoing support during the collaboration, and act as their main point of contact for any inquiries.
• Ownership of campaign performance: You will assess key performance indicators in weekly meetings, pinpoint areas for optimization, and ensure that metrics are on track.
• Proactively drive upsells and renewals: You will introduce new opportunities to clients and work together to explore additional collaboration potential.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Creative, and Campaign Management teams — ensuring alignment at every stage so that clients achieve optimal results.
• Effective communication and organization: You will provide measurable progress and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Confident in discussions with executives — ideally possessing agency or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills: You can articulate ideas and motivate others, while also being firm when necessary.
• Sales orientation: You can identify opportunities for upsells and renewals and pursue them actively.
• A structured approach to work, self-reliance, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Solution- and results-focused: You think ahead, recognize potential, and devise effective strategies even during challenging times.
• Motivation and a desire to grow both personally and alongside your clients over the long term.
• No specific educational requirements — what matters most is that you have some initial experience in client services or sales.
• Competitive base salary ranging from €3,000–€3,500, in addition to generous commissions for successful upsells and renewals.
