This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate strategically with the iRhythm Sales team to ensure the success of customers and patients within our large account segment.
• Enhance customer and account performance by tracking and assessing activities such as registration volume, device inventory management, customer and patient satisfaction, clinical efficacy, and workflow efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for iRhythm internal teams concerning designated customers.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders in billing, clinical operations, legal, finance, inventory, and customer care to ensure effective account performance.
• Educate customers on the iRhythm service tools (ZioSuite, MyZio, etc.).
• Respond promptly to resolve customer issues.
• Continuously evaluate processes and customer workflows.
• Recommend new strategies to enhance efficiencies through improved processes and additional technology.
• Utilize iRhythm regional expertise as needed.
• Manage, onboard, and support designated accounts.
• Attend and assist in key customer meetings and sales Quarterly Business Review sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and the internal sales team.
• Lead or engage in strategic initiatives within assigned accounts.
• Conduct in-person account management initiatives as required.
• Monitor and report key performance trends across assigned accounts.
• Develop action plans to enhance account performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.
• Demonstrated work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Account Manager in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology setting.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives and C-level.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with tools typically used in a business setting, including CRM (Salesforce), reporting, and Microsoft Office.
• Highly collaborative, extremely responsive, flexible, and adaptable.
• Must be open to travel up to 20%.
