This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Relationship Building: Key Account Managers are responsible for establishing and enhancing relationships with clients, key suppliers, and partners.
• Client Interaction: The effectiveness of this role will be evaluated based on the enhanced interaction between i3V and the client through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Customer Satisfaction: They assess company practices to guarantee that clients derive maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
• Opportunity Discovery: Key Account Managers uncover potential opportunities and communicate them to the sales team for follow-up.
• Product Knowledge: A crucial aspect of their role involves educating clients about the company’s products, services, and special promotions.
• Complaint Handling: They address client complaints and issues to ensure swift resolutions.
• Satisfaction Enhancement: Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and other inquiries to establish a baseline for recommending strategies to bolster client satisfaction and engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that the company fulfills clients’ expectations.
• Salesforce.com CRM Utilization: Actively inputting timely and accurate information into the Salesforce customer relationship management system.

• Over 3 years of experience in a role involving sales, business development, product support, or relationship management.
• Minimum education requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
