This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Enterprise Customer Success: You will be integral to the success of Halter’s most significant and strategic customers, ensuring our enterprise ranching partners derive maximum value from their investment. You will gain a profound understanding of their objectives, assist them in incorporating Halter into their daily operations, and highlight the impact across their business. Your contributions will directly affect retention, expansion, and long-term growth.
• Strategic Account Management: You will assume complete ownership of key enterprise accounts, cultivating trusted, long-lasting relationships with operational leaders and executive stakeholders. You will discern when to guide, when to challenge, and when to intervene to unlock new value. This role transcends mere relationship management; it focuses on achieving outcomes.
• Executive & Board Engagement: You will engage directly with senior leaders, boards, and multi-entity decision-makers. You will comprehend the organizational structure, identify strategic pain points, and collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that drive significant results. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting expansion discussions and renewal negotiations at the highest levels.
• Influencer & Network Management: Your efforts will extend beyond your immediate customers. You will establish connections with rural professionals, consultants, and other industry influencers who shape opinions and purchasing behaviors within your portfolio. You will be recognized and respected in the region as a trusted Halter advisor.
• Enterprise Growth Strategy: You will partner with Business Development and Enterprise Sales to collaboratively develop account plans, promote territory growth, and identify new revenue opportunities within your customer base. You will possess comprehensive knowledge of your portfolio and significantly influence how we expand our enterprise presence in the market.
• Cross-functional Leadership: You will collaborate closely with Halter’s product, support, and sales teams to advocate for your accounts internally. Whether it involves providing product feedback, coordinating training sessions, or aligning on rollout strategies, you will be the cohesive force that strengthens enterprise relationships and drives results.
• Forecasting & Planning: In conjunction with the Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will contribute to precise revenue forecasting and strategic planning. You will apply rigor to account performance monitoring and identify early indicators of both risk and opportunity for growth.
• Scalable Growth Initiatives: You will assist in evolving our approach to supporting and expanding our largest customers. From refining account management strategies to developing scalable playbooks, you will be part of the team that defines excellence as Halter scales globally.
• Enterprise experience – You have managed large, intricate accounts and understand how to drive growth over time. You are at ease navigating executive environments, multiple stakeholders, and complex business structures.
• Industry fluency – You possess substantial experience in ranching systems and understand what success entails on a modern enterprise ranch. You are credible, knowledgeable, and prioritize customer needs.
• Strong commercial instincts – You not only nurture relationships; you identify value, expand accounts, and achieve results.
