This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish, nurture, and enhance collaborative relationships with C-Suite executives of our Large Accounts, utilizing these high-level connections to comprehend strategic priorities, align solutions with executive objectives, and secure long-term partnerships by delivering innovative and valuable business insights regarding best practices for large fleets.

• Proactively grow the subscription base and boost the utilization of Geotab's products and services, including marketplace offerings such as cameras and asset trackers.

• Take on the responsibility of achieving and surpassing assigned revenue targets for account expansion, ensuring a strategic approach to revenue generation through account growth.

• Oversee the management of Enterprise accounts to a top-tier standard, ensuring that the fundamentals of excellent account management are addressed during regular business reviews, which include ensuring accurate forecasting, early identification and management of issues, appropriate engagement with Geotab's Senior Leadership Team, and actively seeking ways to leverage Geotab’s products and services to foster innovation within the customer account.

• Advise strategic customers on best practices related to change management, technology implementation, customer experience, and other crucial topics for program success.

• Educate and communicate the importance of ongoing investment in the data provided by Geotab and our partners.

• Use pilot programs to quantify the value gained from engaging with the Geotab ecosystem, supported by Strategic Account Advisors and Business Development.

• Provide strategic insights to Geotab’s regional leadership based on local and global activities and successes, promoting a unified global strategy.

• Keep current with all Geotab products, marketplace offerings, and industry trends that affect assigned verticals.

• Create an informed short-term and long-term customer strategy roadmap for internal Geotab stakeholders, including Product, DNA, and Marketplace.

• Identify and outline key stakeholders within Geotab and within each strategic global account, ensuring comprehensive coverage and understanding of all ongoing discussions and opportunities, including emerging markets.

• Employ project management skills to effectively oversee and manage account activities, ensuring a consistent and impactful approach across all regions.

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Service Delivery and support processes to ensure that assigned customers are maximizing the benefits of Geotab's services and that issue management processes are efficient for both Geotab and the customer.

• Promote and enhance the visibility of the Geotab solution offerings, ensuring the company achieves positive brand equity and captures market/mind share.

• Understand the competitive landscape and provide feedback and direction to Marketing and senior leadership at Geotab.

• Contribute insights on new business opportunities, competitive analysis, market trends, and the business environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8 - 10 years of experience in a consultative sales role.

• Experience in technical sales or the telematics industry.

• Proficiency in Spanish is essential.

• Outstanding skills in building and maintaining client relationships.

• Ability to anticipate and comprehend customer needs, providing viable solutions.

• Proven history of developing new sales and accounts.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a flat organizational structure.

• Strong aptitude for grasping technical and business requirements.

• Demonstrated success in accurately forecasting account and volume activities, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to make well-judged decisions in problem-solving.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with localized Data Privacy and Regulatory practices.

• Actively engage with both internal and external key stakeholders, facilitating communications and strategies across different regions, particularly where Geotab's presence is growing or requires strengthening.

• Utilize project management skills to effectively oversee and manage account activities, ensuring a consistent and impactful approach across all regions.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Service Delivery and Support processes to ensure the value of these services is effectively conveyed to the customer, managing their expectations in line with actual business processes.

• Ability to translate technical solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Technical proficiency using software programs, including but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
