This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and increasing market share.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact and a trusted business ally for assigned accounts.
• Broaden product offerings, enhance penetration within existing accounts, and acquire new business opportunities.
• Formulate annual sales objectives, business plans, and growth strategies.
• Facilitate customer business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and initiatives for long-term growth.
• Work in collaboration with Product Development, Design, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing to create customer-specific solutions.
• Oversee private label programs, product launches, and customer marketing efforts.
• Convey customer requirements, timelines, and expectations throughout the organization.
• Address customer issues and provide proactive solutions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal functional teams to ensure seamless execution and service.
• Identify and secure new Earthwise accounts in grocery and distribution channels.
• Meet assigned sales, margin, and profitability targets.
• Evaluate sales performance, market trends, customer data, and competitive activities.
• Prepare forecasts, business updates, sales reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and program agreements.
• Assist in accounts receivable management and resolve credit or collection issues.
• Stay informed about Earthwise’s value proposition, sustainability initiatives, products, and industry trends.
• Track competitive activities, market opportunities, and customer developments.
• Represent Earthwise at trade shows, customer events, conferences, and business meetings.
• Support initiatives for product, category, and strategic growth.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM, including opportunities, forecasts, and account plans.
• Handle multiple priorities, projects, and customer initiatives while adhering to deadlines.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management, national accounts, sales, business development, or similar commercial roles.
• Experience in selling to grocery, retail, foodservice, packaging, consumer products, sustainability-focused, or related industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships and achieving measurable revenue growth.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating across various departments.
• Prior leadership experience or the ability to influence and lead without direct authority is preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required for customer meetings, business reviews, trade shows, and company events.
