This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at achieving territory-specific objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing organizational tools such as CRM, data analytics, DOMO, and others to pinpoint relevant opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with C-Suite executives and leadership teams across multiple locations to foster a comprehensive understanding of how to transform the account into a site of care that ensures a seamless experience and continuous access to QUTENZA for eligible patients.
• Deliver exceptional full-service account support regarding all facets of product access and education, including training healthcare professionals and staff on the proper application guidelines for Qutenza® to maximize patient efficacy.
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key customers, staff, and national/regional key external experts (KEEs) as a trusted advisor.
• Develop a powerful network of advocates to enhance the awareness of QUTENZA within these accounts.
• This role involves collaboration with various departments (Endo, Pain, Podiatry, Neurology, etc.) within specific advanced archetypes or creating Alternate Sites of Care (ASOC) to address the account’s needs.
• Effectively prioritize and exhibit a commitment to overcoming obstacles and challenges while remaining adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
• Motivate and inspire others with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset when faced with adversity.
• Actively seek self-driven learning opportunities to become a recognized expert in the clinical pain market.
• Share and leverage knowledge with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure organizational success.
• Foster an environment of accountability, transparency, and trust among oneself and team members, dedicated to achieving success.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in strategic key account management within the pharmaceutical or medical sales sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Track record of delivering outstanding sales results using a patient-centric approach.
• Expertise in promoting a specialty/buy and bill product across various care settings (e.g., clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, government facilities).
• Professional experience in pain management and/or the launch of specialty pharmaceutical or biologic products.
• Experience with buy and bill or specialty product promotion, leveraging Specialty Pharmacy and/or HUB services.
• Ability to adjust behavior in response to evolving information and circumstances, remaining receptive to new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and verbal), capable of engaging and collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in an unstructured environment, driven by a shared commitment to the organization’s vision and mission.
• Innate drive and motivation to achieve success.
• Demonstrated understanding of the unique needs of healthcare stakeholders (KOLs, Payors, etc.) within the assigned geographic territory.
• Incentive compensation target of $55K (contingent upon meeting plan requirements).
