β’ Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
β’ Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, crafting customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of healthcare organizations.
β’ Oversee the complete sales process for enterprise agreements, covering lead generation, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
β’ Work collaboratively with product, marketing, and operations teams to guarantee smooth implementation and delivery of CookUnity solutions.
β’ Keep an in-depth understanding of CookUnityβs offerings and the competitive landscape to position the company as a reliable partner.
β’ Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals, showcasing the ability to close complex, high-value transactions.
β’ Provide continuous insights and feedback to internal teams regarding trends, challenges, and opportunities in the healthcare domain.
β’ Create and maintain precise sales forecasts, utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales with a demonstrated history of securing high-value agreements.
β’ Proven success in selling within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, health systems, telehealth providers, and/or health plans.
β’ Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks, compliance, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
β’ Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior leaders.
β’ Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiar with sales pipeline management.
β’ A strong history of closing high-value deals from diverse sources, including conferences, direct outreach, and networking events.
