• Overseeing and nurturing a portfolio of key accounts in Germany, with specific territories assigned based on business requirements, candidate location, and team alignment, by executing corporate strategies and initiatives while promoting 3M programs for preferred contractors within the Commercial & Industrial sector.
• Expanding our Commercial & Industrial segment (C&I) beyond market expectations with the designated accounts by marketing the 3M brand and its technologies.
• Enhancing customer relationships with distributors, B2B end-users, and contractors throughout Germany.
• Collaborating and engaging with cross-functional teams (such as Technical Support, Marketing, Distribution Sales Team, EMEA Key Account Team) to identify and secure new project opportunities.
• Utilizing our CRM system to plan, manage, and document sales activities while identifying market opportunities to propel corporate growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated B2B sales experience in selling technical products within the electrotechnical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable educational background.
• Proficiency in German and a good command of English are essential.
• A self-motivated mindset combined with strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and exceptional teamwork skills, along with the ability to easily build relationships with both existing and new customers.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the region of Germany (more than 3 days per week).
• Practical abilities to demonstrate the value and benefits of solutions through hands-on presentations and training sessions.
• Experience in utilizing CRM systems for planning, managing, and documenting sales activities.
• Educational background in the electrical field, such as power engineering, electrical engineering, or construction.
• Experience working with electrical contractors and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms.
• Familiarity with operating in a large and complex corporate environment.
