• Proactively seek out and engage a portfolio of key account prospects (Tier 1) to enhance the customer base.
• Follow up and nurture a portfolio of key accounts (Tier 1), implementing innovations for existing customers.
• Prepare responses to tenders and draft commercial proposals, collaborating closely with internal departments.
• Drive revenue growth within the commercial scope and achieve set targets.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Participate in customer events and trade shows.
• Assist the marketing team in developing business cases, communications, and customer narratives.
• Regularly update CRM tools with new opportunities and uphold the customer and prospect database.
• Provide competitive insights to management and the marketing department.
• A minimum of 4–5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in selling technically complex hardware and software solutions along with services in B2B settings and lengthy sales cycles.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities, ranging from store-level contacts to C-level executives.
• Capability to identify solution value for individual customers and transform this into additional sales.
• Strong personal drive and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to prioritize strategic tasks from both customer and Vusion perspectives.
