This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Function as a senior strategic leader overseeing a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Report directly to senior sales leadership and collaborate closely with Product, Consulting, and Executive stakeholders to foster long-term account growth and customer transformation.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts within North America, being accountable for multi-year account strategies, executive engagement, and revenue growth across intricate, enterprise-level engagements.
• Assess success through the expansion of existing enterprise accounts, meeting revenue targets, forming impactful connections, delivering multi-year strategic account plans, and ensuring customer retention.
• Create and implement multi-year strategic account plans in partnership with customers.
• Act as the primary executive sponsor for designated accounts.
• Identify, cultivate, and oversee a strong pipeline of high-value expansion opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts.
• Lead complex, multi-threaded deal cycles from discovery through to closure.
• Hold regular progress meetings with key account sales teams.
• Over 10 years of enterprise, quota-carrying software sales experience, showcasing a proven history of selling complex, multi-threaded solutions to multi-billion-dollar organizations and securing $1M+ ACV, transformation-led deals.
• Extensive experience in selling ERP or similarly intricate enterprise platforms, capable of navigating highly technical, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-year strategic transformation initiatives within Fortune 500 or equivalent global organizations.
• Expertise in crafting and executing strategic account plans, including coordinating cross-functional resources and aligning to long-term customer value creation.
• Established executive presence with a proven ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message), focusing on driving business outcomes and ROI-focused discussions.
• Strong business acumen, with the capability to align complex solutions with customer strategic priorities, financial results, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
