KCS Coach Lead – Sales Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the KCS coaching initiative by training, mentoring, and assisting teams in understanding KCS principles, processes, and standards.

• Guide Contributors, Publishers, and Candidates to enhance knowledge creation, reuse, and overall adoption.

• Facilitate regular coaching sessions, feedback loops, and skill development to promote continuous improvement.

• Assess and validate knowledge articles for quality, accuracy, and compliance with Content Standards.

• Track KCS performance metrics and offer insights regarding adoption, quality, and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with managers to reinforce KCS behaviors, accountability, and performance expectations.

• Ensure new sales hires have access to accurate, reusable knowledge to assist in customer interactions.

• Convert operational and product knowledge into clear, digestible content that ensures consistent messaging.

• Identify deficiencies in onboarding materials and enhance them based on feedback and performance trends.

• Work alongside Product, Support, Training, and SMEs to guarantee knowledge accuracy and thoroughness.

• Act as a liaison between knowledge management and business teams to synchronize on content, messaging, and priorities.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency through knowledge reuse and process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, KCS, Coaching, or a related field.

• Familiarity with KCS methodology and coaching techniques.

• Proven experience in training individuals or teams.

• KCS v6 Certification or equivalent experience.

• Background in supporting Sales Enablement or onboarding initiatives.

• Knowledge of knowledge platforms (e.g., Salesforce Knowledge, ServiceNow).

• Experience in developing training programs and onboarding materials.
