This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mongolia.

📋 Description

• Listen to audio recordings and create precise, verbatim transcriptions in Kazakh.

• Capture not just the content, but also the nuances of how things are expressed.

• Include speaker labels for recordings with multiple speakers.

• Insert accurate timestamps for segments of text.

• Annotate non-verbal events, such as laughter and background sounds.

• Adhere to detailed project guidelines while maintaining high quality standards.

• Ensure consistent productivity and dependability throughout the duration of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced fluency in Kazakh.

• Familiarity with regional dialects and colloquial speech.

• Excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail.

• Capability to produce verbatim transcriptions.

• Prior experience in transcription, annotation, or linguistics is a plus.

• A reliable internet connection is necessary.

• Access to a laptop or desktop computer is required.
