This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Listen to recorded audio conversations and assess AI-generated transcripts.

• Correct errors in transcription, including omissions, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and formatting issues.

• Ensure that transcripts accurately mirror the spoken content.

• Identify contextual mistakes that AI might overlook.

• Verify spelling, sentence structure, and appropriate word usage.

• Uphold high standards of accuracy and quality.

• Adhere to project guidelines and transcription standards.

• Meet productivity and turnaround expectations while maintaining quality.

• Report unclear audio, inconsistencies, or quality issues for further examination.

• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and feedback processes.
