QC Analytical Data Reviewer, LCMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of laboratory and chromatographic data as well as reports.

• Verify that analyses adhere to validated or experimental analytical procedures.

• Evaluate results in comparison to methodology, protocol, product specifications, SOP acceptance criteria, GLP, and GMP standards.

• Examine chromatographic data, associated notebooks, sample results, databases, and reports.

• Provide clear and concise insights on deficiencies found in analytical data or reports.

• Collaborate with laboratory personnel to enhance documentation quality.

• Prepare QC statements that highlight deficiencies in analytical data sets or notebooks.

• Inform the project leader about deficiencies for corrective action.

• Lead discussions on optimal documentation practices and quality findings.

• Champion quality assurance and advocate for changes in review processes.

• Identify and assist in initiatives aimed at process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of QA/QC analytical experience is necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of chromatography, including the review of analytical data/results.

• Extensive analytical and review experience with LC-MS.

• Comprehensive understanding of SOPs and Federal Regulations, including GLP and GMP.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong technical expertise in laboratory procedures, methodologies, and standards.

• Capability to independently review laboratory reports and analytical methods.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to provide clear and concise feedback and documentation of results.

• Proficient in communicating, receiving, and comprehending information with diverse groups.

• Capacity to work upright and stationary and/or standing during typical working hours.

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Willingness to work in non-traditional work environments.

• Proficient with standard office equipment and technology.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects or activities.
