This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders to identify and resolve their most pressing business challenges, showcasing the benefits of FICO's solutions at every opportunity.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, product, delivery, and marketing, to create customized, enterprise-level solutions that meet client requirements and align with their long-term strategies.
• Oversee critical negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring outcomes that are advantageous for both parties and help to enhance FICO's presence within the account.
• Act as the client’s representative within FICO, shaping product roadmaps and solution strategies to meet changing market demands.
• Formulate and implement thorough business plans that promote account growth and sustained profitability, while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals with significant upside potential.
• Position FICO as a trusted advisor by staying ahead of industry trends and establishing the company as the preferred partner for advanced analytics and decisioning solutions.
• Proven Senior-Level Experience: A track record of successfully building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, especially within large financial institutions.
• Enterprise Solution Sales Expertise: Proven history of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions that enhance existing offerings or integrate into larger solution packages.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending. Experience with technologies like machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization is highly preferred.
• Strategic Vision and Execution: Capability to develop and implement joint business plans that align with client goals and FICO's strategic priorities.
• Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn and educate both customers and FICO colleagues through presentations and discussions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with a genuine interest in people and a commitment to helping them succeed.
