This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of educators delivering the home-based instructional program through phone and online consultations with parents and students.

• Supervise the overall operations of elementary and middle schools.

• Execute the Connections Academy curriculum and adhere to school operation protocols.

• Ensure professionalism among teachers, providing instructional support and excellent customer service.

• Facilitate individual student academic success and maintain communication with parents regarding program details and student requirements.

• Implement and monitor the school improvement plan along with annual school objectives.

• Assist teaching staff with program updates and new software applications.

• Engage in parent outreach via statewide informational meetings and virtual sessions.

• Address student issues escalated by parents and teachers.

• Support and coordinate state standardized testing and ensure student participation.

• Act as the hiring manager for elementary instructional roles.

• Provide assistance to families requiring additional support.

• Take part in student recruitment, in-state trips, presentations, Q&A sessions, and media responses.

• Foster a school community through in-person statewide field trips and virtual activities.

• Supervise and evaluate the staff of elementary and middle schools.

• Contribute to the development of best practices for distance education.

• Perform other assigned responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Arkansas Administrative credential is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of administrative or management experience is required.

• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to goal-oriented management and accountability are essential.

• An interest in enhancing educational delivery through technology is preferred.

• An advanced degree is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.

• Overnight travel is required for state testing, informational sessions, and meetings.

• A customer-focused mindset is essential.

• High levels of flexibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

• Must be a team player.

• Proficiency in technology, particularly with Internet and Microsoft Office applications, is required.

• Two-step authentication will be necessary to access systems after receiving a job offer.
