This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Engage with potential clients to discuss and showcase digital product offerings within the K12 sector.
β’ Achieve or surpass quarterly and yearly sales targets.
β’ Develop and execute strategic business and territory plans.
β’ Generate new business opportunities to foster growth in the designated territory.
β’ Provide precise forecasts for the territory and sales activity reports by utilizing company sales tools.
β’ Get involved in networking opportunities within the territory, including but not limited to conferences, group presentations, and industry events.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Proven track record of meeting sales goals and performance standards.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication abilities.
β’ Capability to develop and implement sophisticated sales solutions.
β’ Skill in establishing, nurturing, and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, potential clients, internal partners, colleagues, and management.
β’ Proven territory management and organizational skills.
β’ Strong proficiency in business technologies, including PCs, mobile devices with email across multiple applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Ability to maintain a home office and work hours that align with school schedules.
β’ Preferred: Experience in sales and/or a solid understanding of K12 digital curriculum support products and their delivery.
β’ Technological proficiency, with the ability to discuss online access with customers and how technology can enhance classroom experiences and support district objectives.
β’ Aptitude for adapting in a dynamic environment that demands innovative strategies and tailored solutions to address customer needs.
