This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Engage with potential customers to explore and showcase digital product offerings in the K12 sector.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for territory and business growth.
• Generate new business opportunities to foster expansion within the designated territory.
• Provide precise forecasts for the territory and report on sales activities by utilizing company sales tools.
• Engage in networking activities within the territory, including conferences, group presentations, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of successful sales and achievement of goals.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Capability to develop and implement sophisticated sales solutions.
• Ability to establish, nurture, and sustain effective working relationships with customers, prospects, internal partners, colleagues, and management.
• Documented experience in territory management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in utilizing business technologies, including PCs, mobile devices with email across various applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must maintain a home office and work hours that align with school schedules.
• Preferred: Sales experience in and/or a solid understanding of K12 digital curriculum support products and their delivery.
• Proficient in technology, with the ability to discuss online access and its impact on the classroom and district initiatives with customers.
• Adaptability to operate in a dynamic environment that necessitates innovative strategies and tailored solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
